Bimetal Cylinder Liner

The bimetallic cylinder liner is assembled with an inner and outer sleeve, and is one of the main vulnerable parts of the mud pump. The coat is made of high-quality 45# carbon structural steel. The inner sleeve is made of high chromium cast iron, with a chromium content of 25% -28%.After heat treatment, the hardness of the inner hole reachesHRC60 or above, and it has high corrosion resistance and wear resistance in harsh working environments. The normal service life is over 800hours.

双金属缸套采用内、外套镶装而成，是泥浆泵的主要易损件之一。外套采用优质45#碳素结构钢。内套采用高铬铸铁，含铬量25%-28%，热处理后内孔硬度达到HRC60以上，在恶劣的工作环境下具有较高的抗腐蚀性和耐磨性，正常使用寿命在800小时以上。
